Campbell Featherstone is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial team in Kensington Swan’s Wellington office. He advises on all matters of corporate governance, directors’ duties, and M&A transactions, and has experience advising on business and share sales, restructuring, and shareholder arrangements in relation to companies at all stages of their lifecycle. He is also a member of the firm’s technology and innovation practice, and frequently advises on matters concerning technology and privacy.
