This course will cover the importance of creating a customer service mindset when dealing with your most important asset in a business, your customers. It introduces the key requirement to have a strong product knowledge, effective communication and listening skills, and polished customer service etiquette.

Key audience:

This course is suitable for employees who interact with customers on a regular basis, whether by phone or in person, and people who would like to gain a strong, foundational level of knowledge about how to deal effectively with customers.

  • Learn about customer service etiquette and how it’s unique for each business.
  • Explain the requirement for a strong product and service knowledge.
