Our Kowhai Room is a spacious, modern space perfect for board meetings and workshops. With flexible table set up and comfortable seating, this room can accommodate up to 25 people board room-style, providing a professional yet inviting atmosphere for your important discussions.

Whero Room
10-12 people
The Whero Room is an intimate setting for smaller meetings, designed to comfortably seat up to 10 people. Its bright and airy ambiance makes it an excellent choice for team meetings or client presentations, offering a relaxed yet professional environment.

Kahurangi Room

Kahurangi Room mirrors the Whero Room's layout, also accommodating up to 10 people. It’s a versatile space that can be set up for roundtable discussions, presentations, or small workshops, making it perfect for a variety of meeting needs.

Combining Kowhai, Whero, and Kahurangi

Kowhai, Whero, and Kaurangi can be connected in various arrangements, capable of seating up to 90 people.

Karaka and Kakariki Rooms

Karaka and Kakariki are both cozy, private spaces ideal for smaller headcount. With seating for up to 8 people, and multi-media functionality, this room offers a quiet and comfortable environment for focused conversations.

Catering
We offer flexible catering solutions to suit your needs. We can handle the catering for you, or you’re welcome to bring your own kai. If you're after a simple tea and coffee service, we've got you covered there too at $5 per person.
Tech
All our rooms are equipped with modern displays, perfect for online hui and AV presentations. To ensure a smooth experience, please let us know about your tech requirements when you make your booking.
Access
We're committed to providing an inclusive space for all. Our rooms are wheelchair accessible, and there's an accessible toilet available on a nearby floor. We encourage you to get in touch about any specific accessibility needs so we can support you.
Getting Here
You'll find us in the NTT Tower in Midland Park. We're easy to get to, no matter how you prefer to travel:
- Public Transport: We’re a 1-minute walk from the Lambton Central bus stop, and a 7-minute walk from the Wellington Train station.
- On-street parking is available in the surrounding area, and we have a Wilson Car Park within NTT Tower that’s accessible from Waring Taylor Street. Though paid parking is normally available, we cannot guarantee it.
- Bike racks are available around the edges of Midland Park
