The purpose of this course is to provide you with a practical approach to the processes and tools central to the basics of project management. You’ll cover organising, managing, and measuring a project to ensure greater value is delivered to all stakeholders—both internally and externally. It also focuses on the importance of setting clear expectations and goals for your projects.

Key audience:

This course is suitable for people who are required to lead projects and who might not have a formal project management qualification. It is also great for those who are running their own projects, whether in their small businesses or as part of other organisations.
